Dear group,

I am new to FAVE and using the aligner.

I actually have transcribed files.

AFAIK by default FAVE-align expects orthography and uses the dictionary to convert to arpabet representation before performing the actual alignment.

My question is: Can I get FAVE-align to use my transcription and ignore the orthography dictionary-to-arpabet conversion?

If so, how?

Correction: I have *phonetic* transcription (i.e. arpabet). And I want to use my specific arpabet transcription (for each breath) instead of using the buit-in dictionary transription.
