Problem installing FAVE align on windows

Hi there,
I am currently trying to install FAVE-align on my computer and am having some problems with it. I am using Visual Studio 2017 and when adding it to my path I could not find vc\bin, so instead used C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Professional\MSBuild\15.0\Bin, which I assumed was the equivalent for the newer version of Visual Studio. I have added Visual Studio to my path but when I try to run vcvars32, it returns the message 'vcvars32' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file'. 

Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this?
