Plotting in R

Do you get requests for scripts to plot FAVE results (e.g., for Plotnik non-users)? It's very much a work in progress, but I'd be happy to post the scripts I use to plot FAVE results in R if it would be useful.

Hi Chris,

In order to avoid feature creep, I think I'll want to keep the contents of the FAVE repository limited to just FAVE-align and FAVE-extract. But I think it'd be a great idea for you to put up a github repository of your FAVE support tools. I've been investing a bunch of time in documenting FAVE, but github repositories are a great place to put up works in progress.

If you do set up a github repository, feel free to add a link to it on the github wiki: https://github.com/JoFrhwld/FAVE/wiki It's editable by anybody.
