Webought a number of cards as gifts for doctors and staff after a recent operation and they were without exception a glowing success. It was the perfect way to say thanks. We are pleased with every different pattern we selected. Gave one to mother in law as well as she is to this day talking about how much she likes it.
Great products!!!
I have left previous reviews for this ... not sure why I'm doing another one ... but here it is: I ordered the "winter tree" for when I use fall/winter decorations in my home. Although I don't want to hurry the days along, I'm looking forward to having this on display in my home. I don't have many visitors, but I'm sure it will be noticed by those who do come here.

Once the setup was complete, give each child one paper snowflake and instruct them to place the snowflake near the top of the sticky paper, but in a way so that it does not touch the frame. All of my students followed this direction perfectly.
When I taught preschool I did something very similar-I used the negative part of a diecut and only 1 piece of contact paper. I would do this every month. I love this tho. How did you get the frame? Did you purchase one or did you cut out the center part of a piece of paper.
Hi Tami! I love the idea of using the negative of the die-cut (especially for preschool!) Anything to make tasks even more simple for young children. The black frame is cut from black construction paper. I cut a rectangle, folded it in half, and cut out the center. I had a class set of frames in no time!
The other day on Facebook I shared a link to a posting for handmade Christmas cards on Back to the Drawing Board. The designer made a landscape using tissue paper trees, had them reduced and photo coped, then used them to make some awesome Christmas cards. Do check out her project. I thought the inside of her trees was especially clever!
We loved the bright and cheerful trees so much that we used the idea to make pictures of our own to display throughout the winter. We began by taping our water color paper to the table. This stops the paper from moving around and creates a border around your picture when the tape is removed. We used this same technique when we made our Winter Birch Trees last year.
Finally, we added dots of glue to our trees, and glued down the snow. All done! (Note: the artist at Back to the Drawing Board added detail using a thin tipped marker. We opted not to add this detail.

And I think these cupcakes are the perfect accent to winter home decor. They would totally fit right in with any of the ideas I found for my 11 Ways to Decorate With Paper Snowflakes All Winter Long Post.

This mini paper forest is crafted out of various shades of blue cardstock, as well as some white and silver-foil paper. Rolled into cones and secured onto sticks at varying heights, they become a modern tree-scape atop any surface.
In just an afternoon, you can make this charming Paper Winter Wonderland for any spot in your home. You likely already have the supplies around the house, and this is a great project to keep kids busy while staying safe-at-home or on school break. So pop some popcorn, turn on a holiday movie, and get to cutting out some gorgeous paper trees!
Yes!! I export as SVG and then import into DS. Yes, all the lines are auto-set to Cut. But you can easily select specific lines and change them to Score in the linetypes menu. Slightly annoying but pretty easy! Then just be sure you Attach everything before you send it to cut.
Hope that helps!Megan
Next start trimming your scrapbook paper into 14 inch strips. I ended up needing about 85 strips to make a wreath that was 12 inches in diameter. You may need a little more or less depending on how larger or small you make your wreath.
After deciding on the pattern order of your papers, loop one strip of paper in half (making sure not to crease it in the middle) and staple it to the wreath base. Continue this process all the way around the wreath to make the first row of paper loops. I did find the thinner, printed scrapbook paper worked a lot better for this project. The heavier card stock tended to crease a little too much.
Now you will want to start your second row of loops. I decided to use a different pattern altogether for this row, but the best thing about this project is that you can make it look however you want! Starting between two pieces of the first row, staple a loop and work all the way around again.
And finally, make a third row using the same looping, stapling process as the first two rows. After I was all done attaching the papers, I decided I wanted to finish the wreath off a little bit, especially to cover up the staples of the final row. So I hot glued some ric rac around the inside of the wreath. You could also use ribbon or felt.
And I also decided to embellish the wreath a little more with some paper snowflakes. You could also add a little banner across the middle or even a bow at the top. There are lots of options for giving this wreath some of your own style!

It is with winter that the atmospheres of the north, indeed of the Great North, the one painted andnarrated over the centuries by artists,
poets and writers, return to the collective imagination. Distant geographies, endless expanses, silent woods, snow-covered villages,
enchanted animals, fairy tales come to mind. North is not only a direction but also asuggestion: the set of those landscapes that seduce
in their essentiality and their candor. Let's think of the white that envelops everything like acloak, the splendor of the ice that shines
in the sun and the impalpability of the snow that evokes softness:
this collection pays homage to uncontaminated nature with a play of shapes and delicatecontrasts.
After sharing my original fruit rice paper roll recipe, I wanted to share a winter take! Typically, we associate fresh fruit with the spring and summer, but there are plenty of seasonal fruits to enjoy in the winter. Fruit is one of my favorite ways to get in extra fiber all while having a healthy and wholesome snack, and this rice paper roll recipe is a fun way to mix it up!
