faucet 1.10.8 released

Hi everyone,

A new release of faucet is now out, with a number of dependency upgrades, code tidy ups and test fixes.

The release highlights are:

• Fix exception when pip install with --use-pep517 flag
  
• Remove python3.7 support
  
• Run black formatter on python source files
