foods.search.v3 doesn't work, even in premier account

I have issue when search using v3 in premiere account doesn't work, this my url:
https://platform.fatsecret.com/rest/server.api?method=foods.search.v3&search_expression=tea%20apple&page_number=0&max_results=20&include_sub_categories=true&flag_default_serving=true&format=json&region=ID

with error message:
{ "error": { "code": 10, "message": "Unknown method: method 'foods.search.v3'" } }
