demo search results differs to actual results

my team are thinking about upgrading to the paid version of premier but the only thing holding is back is how search results come back. when using search.v3 according to your documentation and searching egg the returned items seem to be in a random order however when searching on the Api demo the results seem to have been cleaned-up/organised.

why are the results different

Does the paid version have the data sorted/organised when asking the api (just like Api demo)

how to get results to be like (api demo)

The API Demo is run by our latest API calls (e.g. foods.search.v3 and food.get.v4) and you will receive the exact same results (including ordering) when utilizing these methods so we can only assume that your API key is not fully provisioned with all Premier API capabilities or you are querying different markets (or markets/language combination)?
