Calling FatSecret API from Localhost

Hey, I am running into a CORS issue from localhost. I have also tried from Heroku. I allowed all ips(for testing purposes) . has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

So my question is how can you hit the API and develop it locally? Thanks!
