Invalid IP address?

Hey all,

All the requests used to be working correctly but suddenly we are getting errors that the ip address is invalid with an error code 21. We are able to fetch a token but when we try to search for ingredients it returns that error. We also have whitelisted all IP addresses in the hope that it would fix it, however it did not unfortunately. Did anyone manage to fix this?
