Is there a way to browse/get the entire food directory (paginated) without providing a search parameter?

I'm trying to build a paginated table of the entire food directory. I thought I'd be able to use the search API without providing a search expression, but that just returns null. Is there a way to do this using the Premier Free plan? If not, is there a way to do this using the Premier Paid plan?

That is not available via our API. Foods can only be returned via search
