Can you let us know the dimensions (approx height, width and length) for the props? We also want to know if its ok to make some items out of card board? Scary trees for example. 

We are happy to purchase materials for the props but would like to organize volunteers from the St. Patricks High School Art and Music classes to come and help to create the props. Can Fatima provide a classroom for this activity assuming its approved by the necessary school officials?

We can also help with moving the finished props to Lynn Meadows on 4/26.

I am also writing to inquire about assistance with OLF's production of The Wizard of Oz. Would the Men's Club be willing to construct some of the sets for The Wizard of Oz? It will be performed at Lynn Meadows Discovery Center April 29th and we will be moving into the theatre on Tuesday, April 26th. Some things I am looking for include:

-A Farmhouse Outline and Window Frame

-Scary trees for the forest

-Gates to the Emerald City

-Numerous signs (i.e. Professor Marvel, Haunted Forest this way, etc.)

-Window representing inside of Witch's castle

-Hot Air Balloon with basket (if possible...)

-Dorothy's Bed

Does Lynn Meadows have any props than can loan us for the Wizard of Oz production? I'm sure you've check already, but just wanted to follow up. I spoke with Mrs. Mary Martha and she said that Tonya may know.
