Gentlemen,
We are a little over 2 months away from the “men’s club” biggest fund raising event, the spooky-ooky chili cook-off. We are getting an early start this year in hopes making it the most profitable ever. Last year we had approximately 10 cooking teams. This year’s goal is to have between 20 and 25 cooking teams. We will need everyone to help to achieve our goal. Below is a list of last year’s contributors. Not all were cooking teams. If you were in charge of contacting any of these teams below we will want you to contact them again. Please let us know who you will be contacting. This year we are going to try something new by having two categories (business/family and public service (police/fire/military). There will be an overall winner between the two categories. Attached is a copy of the rules and also an entry form. Start talking the carnival and cook-off up to others. We need to start now looking for new teams.
