I copying this request to the new Officers for consideration. I am no longer the President as Mike Massey has taken over. Kevin Felsher is Secretary and Preston Gerretse is Treasurer.
In my opinion this definitely sounds like something that we would want to do since it will offer a benefit to all of the teachers at once when usually our projects are only able to impact one specific teacher at a time.

I vote yes. If we have the funds to do both the dirt/sod project on the soccer field and the teacher retreat. I know that the dirt/sod project cost went up quite a bit since more good quality dirt needs to be brought in to properly grade the field.
Both are high visibility high impact projects and would be good for us to get credit for.
