School Clean Up Day/Music Teacher Project

All,

We met last Sunday to discuss a school clean up day. Mrs. Hahn requested the following be done:

Take down the rock climbing wall in the PE room.

Dispose of the rock climbing wall.

Paint the wall behind the rock climbing wall after removed.

Removal and disposal of all the old computers at the school.

Rake and dispose of the leaves around the building.

Repair and level the black square ground cover on the playground. 

Saturday January 2 is the proposed date for the school clean up day. Please let me know if you are able to attend.

The Music teacher has requested repairs be made to the piano in the music room. She does not require a new Piano. She said the one she has just needs to be cleaned and tuned up. She will get a price quote for this work and let us know the cost.

She is also requesting some small xylophones for the kids to learn musical notes with. 

Once she sends me the quotes for the whole project I will share with the group.
