As i said when the e-mail traffic started i have a truck and am available to help this weekend.  I will be running in the color run so i will be available to help before after as well. Just let me know

Great! Thanks we'll need trucks to transport tables, chairs, ice chests and garbage cans to Ken and Sharon's home starting tomorrow morning at 8:30am.

However, since many of us will be together today for the Color Run, I am not opposed to bringing some items over there today if it can work out more conveniently for us. Let's play it by ear and see.

Yes please bring your trailer. 

 Need  to transport 6 regular tables plus the high top tables, 40 chairs, 6 garbage cans, 3 ice chests (1 for beer, 1 for soft drinks, 1 for clean ice)

The host said they would prefer we not use the chairs we brought nor the high top tables. They have designed a solution that only requires 2 of our tables. But I think we'll end up needing more of them one we get there and survey the landscape. At least 2 more tables for the gift bags and fruit.

Will  you have your trailer there? They would like us to remove the chairs and unused tables so there is no eye sore during the party.

Does anyone know where the other tables are?  I think we are missing 4

We had stashed the 4 tables in the fenced area near the dumpster Saturday night after the Teacher Appreciation Dinner. When we went to get them this morning they were gone. I have reported them stolen with Biloxi PD and they are on the look out for them. (Case # 16-011548 Officer Hicks).

We need to advise the school to clearly mark these types of items because the Police Officer said that it they are not marked it will be impossible for us to prove that they are ours.
