Well, the votes for which tee are in and fortunately both were for the yellow tees.

Phil M, I still need you current Handicap Index. I am away after this week til just before we go to France, so please extract the digit mate!

Here are the formats:-

Fatboys Competition Formats 2025
Day	Course	Format	Points
1	La Mer	Pairs 4BBB Stableford	2x2 for the best scores 2x1 for the second pair (*)
2	Le Manoir	Singles Stableford	Winner 3 points, 2nd 2 points, 3rd 1 point (**)
3	La Mer	Pairs Matchplay but keep	Winners 2 points each, lowest margin loser 1 point (***)
		individual scores for trophy
4	Le Manoir	Singles Stableford	Winner 3 points, 2nd 2 points, 3rd 1 point (****)
			SUDDEN DEATH PLAY OFF IN THE EVENT OF A TIE!
*	On day 1 in the event of a tie, equal pairs get 2 points and the next pair in (and equals) get FA
**	On day 2 in the event of a tie, countback applies - Stu to work it out
***	On day 3 if two pairs tie at the top both pairs get 2 points and the next pair in (and equals) get FA
****	On the 4th day in the event of a tie for 1st place both get 3 points, then 2nd equals each score 1 point.
	In the event of a tie for 2nd equals both score 2 points and there is no 3rd
	In the event of a tie for 3rd place equals score 1 point each.
Who Plays with Whom?
Pairs	drawn
Singles	winners from day 2 separate and pick lots for partners amongst those they have not played with
Pairs	highest and lowest from day 2
Singles	Reverse leaderboard order on the last day
Handicap Adjustments
Start Day 1 with current official handicaps at 100%, based on the average Slope and Course ratings for both courses.
After day 1, winners (and equals) get cut 1 shot each, last pair (and equals) get 1 extra shot
After day 2, winner gets cut 1 shot, last gets 1 extra shot
After day 3, winners (and equals) get cut 1 shot, last pair (and equals) get 1 extra shot.

Comment on Comps.

Looks good Geoff, but

On comp 1, why don’t we have count back to decide the winner(s)

On Comp 2, your comment on individual scores counting towards the trophy, what does this mean as the trophy is decided on the points allocated to the winners, not the stableford score.

Or. Am I talking bollocks as usual and have I missed the point?
