To simplify the whip this year, I suggest I put everything on my credit card and you can settle up with me the week after the tour.

The whip will start on 14th May and continue until we leave the curry Phil H is arranging on the 18th May.

I will adjust Phil M’s payment as he is not around on the first night. 

I will tip the drivers and the waitresses.
