Multiple contacts against opportunity

Hi

Im looking for a crm to use locally to follow up construction projects outside of my companies crm which only is used when a quote is issued, e.g at early prospecting stages pre quoting

Typically when a scheme is being tendered typically have multiple contacts

Architect
Client
Multiple contractors

Ive been playing with the demo site but seems only one contact can be assigned to an oppertunity or am I missing somthing ?

Also could the data be extracted to see which architects / clents / ccontractors are working together on a regular basis ?
