I was asking about the Pros and Cons of FatFree here:
http://answers.onstartups.com/questions/16741/pros-and-cons-of-fatfreecrm

I would appreciate more information, as I am currently evaluating
several CRMs. Please let me know on this discussion group or on the
forum I linekd to, as you prefer.

Main question: What important features in other CRM packages is it
lacking?

The system ( I have today's version, we're the 2010.12.13, I think
it's v 0.10 ) looks stable and solid for the functionnalities that has
been setup.

I have been a big "user" and service-seller for vTiger CRM ( PHP
Based ) and I have to admit that FFCRM is much lighter, much cleaner
and goes straight to the point, elegantly. Although it's obviously not
as deep as vTiger.

I'll keep trying this one and see if I can help on working it out.

I'm just looking at either vTiger or FFCRM - I appreciate that the
ecosystem isn't as big & the integration for Outlook/MS Office etc
isn't there - but in terms of the core product - can you pen a few
line on the functional differences between the two please?
