migrating from Bitnami cloud to my own server?

Rookie here, thanks for your patience. 

I am thinking of running Fat Free CRM on the Bitnami cloud, and then moving it to my own server somewhere down the road. How much work would that be? Would my data transfer over  or would I have to manually re-enter it all?
