Are you running in production mode? Have you run "rake assets:precompile" ?

I've tried to reproduce the error on my instance and can't see it. If the above doesn't fix it, could you raise an error in our issue tracker on github https://github.com/fatfreecrm/fat_free_crm/issues?state=open with a description of the steps to reproduce.

I went sifting through the fat_free_crm gem and found the require crm.ensure_chosen_account in the crm_chosen.js.coffee file.

Can somebody point me in the correct direction with this? Is this a precompile issue?
