migrating from cloud to my own server?

Question from a rookie, thanks for your patience. 

I am considering running Fat Free CRM on the Bitnami cloud at first, and then moving it onto my own server later on. 

How much work would that involve? i.e. would it be easy to move all my data, or would I have to re-enter it manually when I put it on the server? 

Any input would be much appreciated.
