I've posted some ramblings about how leads are handled, and how they could
be handled, over at User Echo. I'm posting this here because I don't think
all readers of this mailing list are monitoring User Echo. The ffcrm team
have expressed a wish that discussions generally take place there, so I'd
suggest any comments on this be posted there also.
