Tags Concatenating in Edit

So I am having an issue when an entity is tagged multiple times. When a user edits an entity with more than one Tag, the tags are combined into a single long tag. Here's a screenshot of what I mean:

I think it might be something with jQuery, but I'm having trouble pinpointing where the issue might be. Anyone have suggestions where to go to try and debug this?
