A passion for, and a deep understanding of, the complexity of ERP systems is what unites the three founders of ClickLearn. In a rapidly developing digital world, they realized that the need for quality, varied learning material would only become more acute over time. When these 3 founders set out to develop software to meet this challenge, they had little idea that they were building an unparalleled, versatile solution with many completely unique features.
The ClickLearn recorder understands your actions within your applications and transforms the actions to perfect documentation. It allows for cross application recordings beginning in IFS, moving to a web application and finishing up in Excel. ClickLearn correctly captures your behaviour and creates crisp work instructions for your users.
ClickLearn supports all IFS technologies from IFS Cloud to older IFS Apps and of course all of your surrounding business applications; from Microsoft Office to your suite of internal/external websites or windows applications. ClickLearn even comes with a feature that converts your recordings from previous versions of IFS to newer version; simply with a click of the mouse.
The user simply selects the work instruction that they need to perform and ClickLearn will, working on top of the live system, guide the user through the process. This assistance is created from the same recording that was used when making the work instruction. The assistance is context sensitive and automatically detects where in the work instructions, the user is currently placed and assists from that point on.
The look and feel of your documentation, video material and simulations may be customized using the template system of ClickLearn. This ensures that your documentation and training materials are always presented in the style of your corporate identity

My daughter used your software for one evening before her test. I have to tell you, that program is great. She was addicted to it. She couldn't stop trying to finish the states in the time allowed. It really made learning a lot of fun, and made the process a lot easier for me. We definitely will use your programs in the future. Thanks again.
My 15-year-old daughter has a disorder of the optic nerve which effects her visual memory. She pulls up visual information in pieces and gets lost. Your program with the color highlighting is wonderfully clear to her . . . I am so proud of her. Everything she does takes so much time and when I saw how quickly she can learn with the right and appropriate materials, I nearly cried.

The proliferation of Learn More links is likely mobile driven: mobile-optimized sites are getting better at deferring secondary content. That is, instead of making all the details available by default, headings and short paragraphs provide an easy-to-scan, digestible overview of essential content. When users decide they want more information, they can tap a link or expand an accordion to get to the less important content. This design pattern is definitely beneficial on mobile, and our article is a critique of the link label only, and not of the general practice of deferring less important content.
If a webpage has several Learn More links, users may wonder if the links point to the same page or to different pages. Once again, uncertainty and cognitive strain have a negative impact on the user experience. Worse, when they do point to the same page, users may waste clicks and be disappointed to discover that the same page is provided. That adds disappointment and confusion to the mix.
In each of the examples below, you can see how easy it would have been for the designers to fall back on Learn More or Read More. Instead, they put a bit of extra effort into the copy, and it pays off. Use these as inspiration for your own sites.
Enhance your everyday life. Philips Hue can welcome you home. Wake you up. Get you energized. Make you feel safe. Improve your mood. Enhance your entertainment experience. It can even keep you informed about the weather or incoming calls. The possibilities are endless once you start exploring.
If you find yourself relying on Learn More or Read More as standalone link labels, remember that they create uncertainty for users and are bad for accessibility. Use the examples and approaches in this article to add descriptive keywords and make your link labels more informative and enticing to users.
Our organization uses Outlook 2016, recently a number of staff have been receiving this error message stating that Outlook is out of date and cannot start. I've clicked the learn more link and it does not offer much assistance. Would anyone know if we are able to find a KB update file for this to remedy the issue?
After a quite some time you'll see a number of updates, most of them related to outlook. Make sure they all download and say pending restart. Do not make the mistake of hitting restart when some updates are still pending. Scroll down and make sure ALL of them say pending restart. Once your computer reboots you should be good to go.

Our org is facing this same dilemma. We installed Office 2016 Pro Plus using volume license media years ago. We regularly apply all Office 2016 updates via Windows Update successfully and have verified this via existence of installed KB's. The issue is creeping up as the changes are rolled out by Microsoft. So far no fix has been found. Outlook is non-functional.
