Got stuck in loading chinese fasttext model with gensim

to fastText library
Tried to load chinese fastext model(cc.zh.300.bin) with gensim, like other models, but following error occured
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xba in position 0: invalid start byte
Is there anyone happend to get this error before and solved?
