Hi Laurent,

I'm now trying to inference some population dynamics under relatively complex scenarios.
Interestingly, when I attempted to estimate a mutation rate (mu), a segmentation fault error was raised.
I checked the syntax around mu again and again, but I could not find any errors. So, I'm suspecting it could be a kind of bug.
The tpl and est files are attached.
The command to run fsc was:
fsc28 -t XXX.tpl -e XXX.est -n 100 -L 10 -M -c 1 -B 1

Thanks in advance,
Yasuto

Oh, I forgot what was the most intriguing - when I set mu as a constant rate, then no error was raised, and it is running properly.
The est and tpl files for the inference with a constant mu value were also attached to the previous post.

Thanks!
