Jason Weir has identified a problem in the visualization of an evolutionary scenario from a par file.
It happens when the keyword "keep" is used in a par file for the growth rate of a given historical event.
A fix for the bug is now available in file ParFileInterpreter-v6.3.r on fastsimcoal2 web page or directly here

I havent been able to access the .exe file any of the websites. Can someone help me out with it?

What .exe file? The fastsimcoal software?
1. You can find it on the official webpage: https://cmpg.unibe.ch/software/fastsimcoal2/
2. Then click on Windows version in the download section. The direct link of the last version is: https://cmpg.unibe.ch/software/fastsimcoal2/downloads/fsc28_win64.zip
3. Unzip and there you will find the exe file ready to execute.
