New version of arlequin to compute the SFS

 Hi,

as mentioned in some earlier post, I have released a new version of Arlequin, which computes the 1D, 2D or multidimensional SFS from arp files (e.g. as generated by fsc252).
Note that alleles must be coded as 0 or 1,2,3, and that 0 is assumed to be ancestral (except if you want to compute the MAF SFS). Have a look at example files provided with arlequin in the SFS folder.

The new web site can be found tentatively on http://cmpg.unibe.ch/software/arlequin352/

You can download the windows version to make these computations.

Feedbacks are welcome

I'll make the offocial release of arlequin ver 3.5.2 in a few days, but fastsimcoal google group members can try and test it in advance.
