Subject: Using EasySFS .obs File with fastsimcoal2 (fsc28)

Dear Developer,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on a demographic analysis involving six non-model plant populations. I have successfully generated a joint Site Frequency Spectrum (SFS) using EasySFS, which produced an .obs file.

However, I am unsure about how to correctly use this .obs file as input in fastsimcoal2 (fsc28), particularly how to structure the associated .tpl and .est files for modeling demographic scenarios.

Could you kindly guide me on:

1. The correct use of a  .obs file from EasySFS with fsc28.

2. How to write or format the corresponding .tpl and .est files for a six-population analysis.

3. Any suggestions or references for typical demographic models applied to non-model plant populations?

Any help or example files would be greatly appreciated.
