How do I enable to Print Barcode in Report.

It is enabled, just drop the barcode object

It's seem just number 12345678 appeared. How do I corresponden to the
table field, so the barcode
dynamically change.

I think what you want to do is just pick the bar code object from the pallet on the left.  Drop it anywhere on the form, and then change the data source to the field on the dbf that contains the number that should be represented by the barcode.
