registration does not start when running script but fastr execute works

When I run the script:

/home/mhansson/multi_im_reg_test_atlasmask_body.py

registration does not execute. When I run fastr execute it does work.

I have been able to reproduce the error 3 times.

I am running fastr develop.

I have attached the output file: nohup.out 

Staging folder: /scratch/mhansson/staging/fastr_FemurSegm_DEBUG_CT9JM5
