Could it be made possible to have multiple versions of the same tool on the tools_path? Now an error is thrown, e.g.:
Perhaps the toolmanager can pick the latest version of the tool or an option could be provided to set the version of the tool when creating a node?
FastrValueError: Multiple versions of Object FSLMerge found in different namespaces, need to pick an explicit namespace! (namespace: ['fsl', 'fsl.5.0.9'])

Adding a namespace does solve it to some extent, but specifying the version of the tool seems to me to be the more robust way of handling this issue.
