I am just going around in circels - nothing works. Will not accept my license number - tried manual - just goes around in circles . Tried Nitro Support - says enter your number - did - tells me it is not a valid license number.

Nitro Pro 8 Serial Number

Next - read a post for error code 410 - signed out of Nitro, signed back in, went to help to activate butstill only have option to deactivate - so tried that - next it asks for serial number so enter one sent in email - now tells me "-20:Error - Invalid license number The serial number entered does not exist.

The -20 error means the serial number did not match the version of the Nitro Pro you are trying to activate. Please open your Nitro Pro installation then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Take a screenshot then send it here so I can take a look. This information will help me determine our next step.

I'm copying my old laptop onto my new one and I've deactivated the license on my old computer but I can't find my serial number anywhere. I've had trouble with email programs over the last couple of years so I think the email with the serial number is missing.

Companies are selected automatically by the algorithm. A company's rating is calculated using a mathematical algorithm that evaluates the information in your profile. The algorithm parameters are: user's rating, number of resolved issues, number of company's responses etc. The algorithm is subject to change in future.

How many devices/computers can I activate my nitro pro on? I have a laptop, work computer, a tablet and my phone - all for work. When I purchased the Nitro Pro license I read, that I would have 50 licenses. however, I dont seem to be able to install my Nitro Pro acces on other devices. How do I do?

Please note this information means you can purchase up to 50-licenses with 50 different serial numbers. Each serial numbers will be a single-user license that can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

I got an e-mail from you all, telling me that I can purchase the Nitro Pro 12 before it's released. Alright, I'll bite. I'll support NitroPDF, so they can continue to develop. Not a big deal. I click the link in the e-mail, and enter my serial number. However, it states that I'm upgrading from v10. That's not right, as I have v11.

I go to your web site, and find the 'Get Support > Upgrade' page, and enter my serial number there. The 'wait' icon just spins for 5 minutes, and doesn't work. I still can't find another way to contact you. I'll try, again, later. I find the community forum, with the sticky post about "License Activation Portal". Great, I think. Others have had issues, and they've been addressed. Click on that post, and it has a link to, guess where? The F-ing Support Center where I first started. I've gone in a circle. Holy F-k!

Tonight, I try the e-mail link, and end up at this page ( -12?utm_campaign=Presale+2018&utm_medium=email&utm_source=online&utm_content=id) , and it, again, tells me I have version 10. I go to 'Get Support > Upgrade" page, and enter my version 11 serial number. This time, I'm told to contact Nitro via the Community Forum.

@WTF-Nitro I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our upgrading widget. I can assure you that we appreciate your loyalty and will work on fixing this frustration at your satisfaction. To answer your original question, pre-sale upgrade price from version 10 or 11 is $55.99. In order for me to investigate why you're seeing version 10 for serial number that should belong to version 11, I'd have to pull up your purchase records first. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any records under the email address you used for this account. Have you used a different email address for your Nitro Pro 11 purchase and, if so, would you mind sharing it with me so I can look into what's causing this error? Thanks!

Hi There - Having a license activation issue. I'm actively using Nitro on my computer and have 2 total licenses. Trying to activate the 2nd license that's available but getting an error msg that the serial number doesn't exist. When i follow the license troubleshooting on Nitro's website, it pulls up the serial number: Status-Active, Number of Activations--0, Number of Activations Allowed-2. I'm interpreting that as NEITHER of my 2 licenses are in use but I'm actively using Nitro so...

Please be informed that 'The serial number entered does not exist' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 12. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:

1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine.

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13 and to know more about some enhancements and fixes with Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Release Notes page -details/release-notes

However if you prefer working with an older version and as a courtesy, I just made an adjustment on your licenses, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Please be informed that 'The serial number entered does not exist' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 11. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:

Up until the beginning of Feb there were no issues. Now, whenever more than two people try to open Nitro they get an error stating the maximum number of concurrent users has been reached. I have confirmed the serial number using which confirms 11 licences.

To give you more idea, a Server Deployment involves the installation and activation of Nitro Pro software on a server in which an allotted amount of users would access. For example, if you have a server serial number for 11 users, you would install Pro on the one server in which 11 users would log in and access. If you have additional servers, the amount of users that can access each server would be the total number of users divided by the number of servers. For example, if you have 30 users and 2 servers, then each server installation would allow 15 users to access Nitro Pro.

With regards to Desktop Deployment, it involves the installation and activation of Nitro Pro on individual machines. For example, if the client had a desktop serial number for 11 users, they would install and activation on the 11 individual machines.

I'm curious as to why this has been working then for a number of years without issue until late February this year. They have two terminal servers balancing approximately 45 staff with what they thought was a license allowing up to 11 people to use Nitro at a time.

I am afraid we do not have a central license management portal for you to use but I can send you the serial numbers and the activation details of each of them if you can provide me with the following:

The hydration numbers of typical aprotic polar substances bearing dipole moments larger than 3 D, such as nitro compounds and nitriles, were precisely determined in aqueous solution using high frequency dielectric relaxation techniques up to a frequency of 50 GHz at 25 C. The hydration number is one of the most quantitative parameters for determining the hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity of a compound. The hydration numbers of various nitriles, such as acetonitrile, propionitrile and n-butyronitrile bearing cyano groups, were determined to be ca. 0, irrespective of the species of molecule. Moreover, the hydration numbers of various nitro compounds, such as nitromethane, nitroethane and 1-nitropropane, were also evaluated to be ca. 0. These findings clearly reveal that neither cyano nor nitro functional groups form strong hydrogen bonds to water molecules. Consequently, neither nitro compounds nor nitriles are hydrophilic, despite their high polarities due to their large dipole moments. Rather, these compounds are "hydroneutral," with hydrophilicities intermediate between those of hydrophilic and hydrophobic molecules. The molecular motions of the examined highly polar molecules in aqueous solution were well described with single Debye-type rotational relaxation modes without strong interactions between the solute and water molecules, but with relatively strong interactions between the polar solute molecules due to the Kirkwood factor being less than unity. This small Kirkwood factor indicated that both nitro and cyano groups have a tendency to align in an anti-parallel intermolecular configuration due to their strong dipole-dipole interactions as a result of their dipole moments greater than 3 D.
