Snagit causes Shift-F9 to do nothing

It seem that if you have Snagit installed it  uses Shit-F9 as the default setting for 'Start Video 'Capture', and this prevents both Excel and FastExcel from using Shift-F9 to trigger a sheet calculate.

If you change/remove the Snagit Hotkey then Excel and FastExcel work as expected.
