Mouse wheel does not scroll in NameManager

Is there a setting or driver change that I need to do to get the list of cell names to scroll with the mouse wheel?

Its not supported at the moment. There are some Windows API calls I could use but I am not sure they work with modeless forms and they certainly would not work on Mac Excel.
