Keep Subdirectory with Copy

[Clear Copy]

My issue started copying a work hard drive to a new hard drive so I can migrate to a new computer.

Over 2 TB of data copied fine except for 822 files which are all Adobe InDesign files. I am getting an access denied error.

I put the hard drive back into the old system and I am trying to copy just the specific files so I can drop them onto a USB and merge onto the new system.

When I try this, it copies the files by drops the subdirectories.

This:

E:\Jobs\3 Axes\2020-11-10 - Banner\MY FINAL.indd

E:\Jobs\A-1-A Food & Beverage\2021-03-16 - Take Out Menu\Take Out Menu - 2021-10-16.indd

E:\Jobs\Addison Reserve\2021-09-30 - Logo Stickers - Shiny Gold Foil Embossed\0.75 Circle.indd

E:\Jobs\Addison Reserve\2021-09-30 - Logo Stickers - Shiny Gold Foil Embossed\1.5 Circle.indd

Becomes

+ E:\New Jobs\MY FINAL.indd

+ E:\New Jobs\Take Out Menu - 2021-10-16.indd

+ E:\New Jobs\0.75 Circle.indd

+ E:\New Jobs\1.5 Circle.indd

How do I make it copy only specific files but keep the subdirectories??
