cut/paste and speed over ethernet/network slow

I have two system setup, system A generate files and moves to system B when files are finished.

two issues:

1. if I use fastcopy over LAN/network, I achieve 75-80 MB/sec write speed and is confirmed with Hwinfo64 monitoring tool, where as windows' explore cut/paste can achieve upwards of 115MB/sec, which is very close to gigabit Ethernet speed.

2. using fastcopy's cut and paste will not delete files until ALL files are finished, where as windows' cut and paste will delete 1 file at a time upon finish copying.  if I have 200 files, fastcoopy will NOT delete the 200 files to free up space on system A until all 200 files are finished copying.

The transfer speed depends on the environment and parameters.
Can you give me a screenshot of FastCopy's I/O settings?

The timing of deletion in a move can also be changed in the settings.
(Copy/Move options → "Move one by one" checkbox)
