Sigma Nu Trail-building assistance

Hello all,

This is Chris Tremonti, the philanthropy chairman of Sigma Nu Fraternity at Cal Poly. I just wanted to say thank you again for allowing for a handful of guys (myself included) to come out and help you all in the grove last spring. It was truly a great experience that the gentlemen and I enjoyed quite a lot. 

Moving forward with the quarter, I wanted to propose an event in which a larger amount of brothers in my fraternity would become involved with the project that you guys are currently working on. With the start of the new school year, I feel that my fraternity is much more goal oriented with respect to volunteer opportunities within the community, and we all really enjoyed the project that you are working on in the grove. That being said, my hope is to get a much larger amount of people to come out to help build in the grove in the very near future. 

In the next few weeks, our fraternity would like to come out for another trail-building. Ideally, October 6th would work best for us, and I would like to relay to them if this would at all be possible or if you guys already have an event planned for the grove on that date. 

Any and all information is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Good to hear from you.  I hope ur boys having been resting, next Sat 29th is our first workday, Nov 4th the next.  Beer included for both, let's us know if u can rally the troops.

I was looking online and just noticed a trail brush cleanup on the 7th of October. Is this information accurate? If so, we would love to help out.
