new causal graph implementation

Hi everyone,

we have a new, more flexible causal graph implementation in the master
repository now. The old one is still around as the "legacy causal
graph", but will eventually disappear. See

Hi Malte,

Thank you for updating the codes. I've tried to compile the latest version, but it failed. The message is:

globals.cc:7:33: fatal error: legacy_causal_graph.h: No such file or directory

Could you suggest me how to resolve it?

Should be fixed now.
