The whole Psalter translated into English metres
by Matthew Parker, Archbishop of Canterbury: 1567.

Its entire textual content transcribed into modern spelling,
edited and annotated by David G. Jensen, 2022. 367 pp.; pdf 101.4 MB

Among the earliest metrical psalters produced after the English Reformation (1534), Parker’s Psalter is noted mainly for its inclusion of nine psalm-tune settings by the renowned composer Thomas Tallis (1505-1585). Parker’s translations, however, remain little-known, and are presented here for performance as well as reference purposes.
