Does anyone have access to a scan of the title page from the 1813 ed. of Patterson's Church Music that they can share with me? I've tried to get one off-list from someone I thought could provide it, but no such luck. Therefore, I'm opening this up to the list. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

If a PDF of either edition is not available, I would love to see at least the index (song list).

To get started, you can see an index of the tunes (but not page numbers) in this collection by using the Hymn Tune Index:

https://hymntune.library.illinois.edu/search/sources/

Search for the following HTI Source Code: PattRPCM 1

I know at least one person on the list who has a scan of this book. Hopefully, he will see you query and provide a scan of the index.

Also, I think someone has transcribed at least some of the tunes and uploaded them to CPDL, but that site appears to be down at this time.

That works! I forgot this book was old enough to be on HTI.
