I notice that in my Kenyan Baptist hymnal (Nyimbo za Imani Yetu) there are two settings of "Tangazeni neno lake", a Swahili hymn text based on "Come, Thou Fount of every blessing". Hymn 22 is three stanzas set to a four-part arrangement of NETTLETON, but #23 is a fiyr-stanza version to a melody-line-only with guitar chord letters WARRENTON. The first two stanzas are identical to the first stanza of the NETTLETON text, and the last two are identical to the third NETTLETON stanza. "The Sacred Harp 1844" is credited with the tune. In my forthcoming polyglot tunebook, I will probably include this Swahili text. But of course with a full WARRENTON setting, not tenor-only.

BTW the hymnal also sets two texts to BEACH SPRING. One, #189 Wakristo Tufanye Kazi (4 vv.), is a translation of "Come All Christians, Be Committed", but the other #142 Mwokozi Umeokoa (7 vv.) I have been unable to trace; it may be original in Swahili.
