Last update before INDIA!

Namaste friends and family!
I hope you’re doing well as we begin this new year J. I’m so so thankful that God has put each of you in my life. In just 3 short days our team will begin our long journey all the way to Nagpur, India. Here is a little update and another push for more prayer for our team.
First, thank you so much for your donations and commitments to prayer for us. I really feel that you too are going on this trip with us through your prayers. I’m nervous/excited/scared all at the same time, but I have faith that this trip is in God’s plan and that He will be doing amazing things in India. God has already provided in amazing ways and shown His great love and faithfulness. As of this morning we have raised $29,990, meeting our goal to cover all of our expenses and supplies for VBS ministry at the Mercy Home orphanage and providing resources for the seminary students.
Please continue to pray for us! I attached a prayer sheet to this e-mail with specific prayer requests for our team.
Personally, please pray for me as I am still getting over the flu. I want to be in full health so I can serve God maximally in India. I will also be preparing and giving a sermon (eep!) and leading a time of crafts on the life of Moses for the children at the orphanage. Please please pray for lots of wisdom, boldness, and clarity as I preach (eep!) God’s Word. Lastly, to reiterate my prayer requests from my support letter, please pray for:
· Spiritual growth and humbleness as I become broken and molded to be used by God to love His people.
· Boldness in sharing the truth of the Gospel and faith that this Gospel will change lives and ultimately this world.
· Preparation of good and fruitful soil in the hearts of those we will minister to in India.
· Unity and greater conviction and vision among the mission team before, during, and after the trip.
· God’s protection and safety over physical/spiritual health.
If you are able, we would love to see you on the day of our departure, this Thursday, January 17th. There will be a short send-off worship service at Hanmee Presbyterian Church (1149 W. Bloomingdale Road, Itasca, IL 60143) at 3:00pm, or you can meet us at O'Hare Airport, Terminal 5 (Ethihad Airways) at 5:00pm. We will be returning on Sunday, January 27th at O'Hare Airport, Terminal 5 (Ethihad Airways flight # EY-0151) at 3:30pm.
I will have tons of time on the flight there and back to pray, sleep, and knit, so PLEASE let me know if you have any updates or prayer requests! I want to keep you in my prayers as well.
