Helloooo FP9 :)

Hope everyone enjoyed their breaks!

Here are the announcements for this week- sending them early so you can get a heads up on everything going on this week! 

I know there are a lot, but they're all important, so please read carefully!! 

1) Tuesday- Morning Prayer @7am at TCBC let's all try to make it out- especially with it being Passion Week, it's an awesome way to ready our hearts :)

2) Tuesday Bible Study- Meet at 5pm at FAR Lobby please be on time! Make sure to pray for Ryan, as he is leading this week!

3) Just a heads up- we have a few services this week in light of Passion Week: 

-Maundy Thursday Service @ 7pm at Holiday Inn Ballroom (where we had winter retreat) 

-Good Friday Service @ 7pm at Judah 

-Easter Sunrise Service @ 5am at TCBC

-Easter Baptism Service @ 1230p at Foellinger

*All services are formal*

** Following Baptism Service will be Easter Dinner

Attachment: I attached a doc on Passion Week occurrences for us to see what Jesus went through each day leading up to/after His death. Please look over it.

4) We will be fasting from food from Thursday night 10pm until Friday night 10pm. This is a great opportunity for us to reflect on what Christ has done for us and really take time to pray and repent through Passion week. We will break fast together as a SG after Good Friday service.

5) SG fund- $10 Please give it to Ryan when able! 

A LOT going on this week- so please make sure to study ahead! 

I know this should be every week, but I really want us to commit this week to the Lord and give up things that may distract us- media, games, etc to spend quality time with Him and take time to reflect and pray. Let's really fight to follow in Jesus' steps this week!

FP9! Let's do a media fast together! Now until Friday. That means no Facebook, twitter, instagram, YouTube, movies, games etc- anything media. And music- just Jesus music. It'll be an awesome way for us to focus on Jesus during this Passion week! We can fill that time by spending it with Jesus :) Its only a couple of days. Who's down for the challenge? :) let's keep each other accountable!
