Holiday Season Full Moon Festival

Hello everybody,  13 days until Show Time!  December 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2011.   Gates open on Thursday the 8th at noon for an extended camping weekend and PreParty Pickin' Jam at the Bill Monroe Tent, and a Drum Circle at the Drum Circle Arena.  The Drum Circle will be hosted by Kodi Drummer and Eli Collins plus guest drummers.  You can expect fantastic drum circles all weekend.  (Kodi is also giving drum classes each day)  That's four days of camping and 3 days of music, great food, cool gift items from vendor row plus picking at the Bill Monroe Tent every night after the stage show ends, and an amazing drum circle every night.

Donations: advance $20 for the entire weekend. $25 at the gate. Children 13 and under free with parent. Free primitive camping, RV HookUps available, free parking. A Holiday Country Weekend for the whole family.

Show time is Friday the 9th at 2pm.  Check out the bands and the music. Go to the Line up and Schedule and click on the links to each band page.  There are  pictures, audio, and some video for each band.  Great stuff.  By using your browser back button you can jump back and forth between the band pages and the schedule.  Uproot Hootenanny will be back with us at the December show.  We have had so many request for them to return; very impressive act.  If you missed them in October, be sure to see them at the December Show, and put your dancing shoes on. 
  • Changes to the line up:  There have been changes to the line up since it was first posted. 
  • Holiday Toy Drive: We have also added a Holiday Toy Drive headed up by the High Springs Lions Club.
  • We are now Sponsored in Part by the High Springs Lions Club. 
  • Volunteers: There is a Volunteer Info and Application link in the upper right column on the web site.
  • RV Hook Ups: There are still some RV Hookups with Electric and Water available.  Use the RV Reservation Form to secure a spot.
  • Quiet Camping.  By request we have set up areas for quiet camping which will be show on the festival site map in the center fold of the gate program.
