Assistance for Saturday's Cooking Contests

Greetings!
I need help managing some of the responsibilities associated with the
Polish dish and dessert competitions at this year's Dozynski Harvest
Fest. Basically I need help managing the registration of dishes and
compiling the judge's appraisal forms. I could also use one more judge
who knows a thing or two about Polish foods and recipes.

The competitions run from 11am to about 1:30. There will be food for
you, of course, especially if you are a judge. There will also be
Polka and dancing and beer and...

I'm currently in Minneapolis, waiting for my last bus to Central
Rivers Foodshed.

I have an old Polish guy friend who might be able to help.
He is from Bevent but lives in Fancher now.
