Caritas Uganda through UFCVP early this year participated in the process to come up with the above mentioned policy; which we are ably informed that has been approved by cabinet.

The purpose of this mail is therefore to invite you for a dialogue/acclimatization meeting scheduled for 24th November starting at 8;30am. The venue, programme and concept note for the meeting shall be communicated in due course. please block this date and find here attached invitation letter to that effect.
