Major tasks from our talk today.

Demo (Alberto leading)
  • Tasks
    • Figure out both what and how we want to show to Justin in 1.5 weeks
    • Figure out how to incorporate AgSquared, or other competitors in the demonstration
  • Milestones
    • (8/8) we want to have identified all the items we'll incorporate into the demo, plan for creating dummies
    • (8/10) do a run through of an initial demo (with placeholders for dummies that we'll need populate
Deck/Presentation (KA)
  • Major tasks
    • Ghost slides with headlines what we'd ideally pull together
    • rough sketch or suggestion of all visuals
  • Milestones
    • (8/8)  rough draft ghost deck with headlines
    • (8/10) second draft with some images sketched out
    • (JC meeting) selected slides populated within ghost
Interviews (MW)
  • Major tasks
    • Source interviews
    • Cold Call
    • Organize all interview data (both past and future)
  • Milestones
    • (8/10) Talk to 30 farmers
    • (8/10) Have some initial synthesis of interview data
    • (JC meeting) talk to 50 farmers have finding synthesized, some graphical representation of who we've talked to, what we've found
Market Info / Market Landscape (BS)
  • Major Tasks
    • Market Size / Segmentation
    • Competitors across different parts of the space (crop planning, accounting, traceability, etc.) and how much they charge etc.
    • Feed data into biz model calcs
  • Milestones
    • (8/10) Initial market size and segmentation
    • (8/12) Map of space and exhaustive list of competitors
    • (JC) couple slides on market size and segments as well competitor map
Biz model (KA)
  • Major Tasks
    • Identify multiple models
    • Make breakeven calculations for each model (required market penetration, required fees, etc.)
  • Milestones
    • (8/10) Initial market size and segmentation
    • (8/12) Map of space and exhaustive list of competitors
    • (JC) couple slides on market size and segments as well competitor map
Distribution Channels (MW)
  • Major Tasks
    • Identify major channels
    • Interview channel players
    • Feed info into biz models
  • Milestones
    • (8/8) have major channels identified
    • (8/12) have interviewed at least two vendors from each channel
    • (JC) have map of distribution channels and information on synthesized on how they related to our product
