Lots of progress made. Thanks so Alberto and Brendan primarily; the budget looks really good.

We will have analytics, budget, landscape photos, individual photos, vision content done. I'm not proud of the analytics part, but it should give a sense.

We all have to still write our bios and Mark's picture is missing.

Also, screenshots for the product and product descriptions to come from Brendan.

Mark will be with Alberto tomorrow/Friday to finalize the demo and website. Then we are ready to rock (that is: start demoing to farmers, getting feedback and getting our name out there)

Thanks for all the work

Guys,

Mark told me yesterday that showing the demo to the farmer and getting feedback was invaluable (they really liked the mapping tool apparently), so let's make a strong push to have the demo in good shape and the website live by this weekend.

Also, Mark, Brendan, can you type up your notes from the meetings yesterday so we don't forget.

Brendan are you also doing couple line descriptions for the screenshots?

I'm going to draft some language for thanking people for signing up and also the email they'll receive after signing up.

Also, where in dropbox did you put the screenshots?

In the root directory of farmulate on dropbox. In the folder “website screenshots”.

Those are the screenshots I took, and they're quite bad.
Can you make sure yours are up?

Descriptions for screenshots:

Dashboard

The dashboard brings together all of the information most important to you: local weather, market prices, news, tasks to do, and even bills to be paid. The dashboard is customizable, so you can add and arrange the information in any way you want.

Map

The integrated mapping tool provides an intuitive interface to chart fields, assets such as buildings, wells, water sources, and other user defined features.

Accounting

Farmulate’s accounting module is streamlined for farming operations. Designed to save time and paperwork, Farmulate will help you create and track invoices, pay your bills and easily manage payroll.

Planning

Build informed budgets with Farmulate’s Planning module, and plan your crops based on crop and input prices and historical farm performance. The live budget will automatically update based on market prices and expenses recognized to help you make informed decisions.

Record Keeping

Collect your farm records conveniently in the office and in the field as you work. The record keeping module integrates with the accounting and inventory modules to reduce data-entry.
